John Chappo, M.D.
Dr. John Chappo is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who was born and raised in Indiana and completed his residency training at IU School of Medicine in 2007. He currently serves several roles including Hospitalist, telehealth consulting, hospice care, and holistic medicine.
Dr. Chappo resides in Zionsville, Indiana with his wife and three children. He enjoys a wide range of hobbies and interests including traveling, architectural design, cars, and brewing beer.
Teresa Ann Lain, N.P.
Teresa Lain, N.P. is a lifelong resident of Shelby County. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis. She earned her Adult Nurse Practitioner Graduate Certification from Purdue University. Teresa splits her time between The Loft IV Bar and her role as a Hospitalist at an Indianapolis hospital.
Teresa and her husband have four adult children and enjoy spending time with them and their grandchildren. Teresa has a special love for her cat, enjoys camping, and traveling.
